Preform Dimension Inspection Using Machine Vision
There are more and more customers who want to check preform dimensions by machine vision on behalf of people.
We use a particular lens for image distortion prevention to obtain the image of the product, and then carry out the dimensional inspection. Images can be analyzed to analyze pixel quantities in specified locations or ranges, and statistical results can be obtained in real time.
Our preform sample inspector (PS-21SP) equipped with dimensional inspection technology guarantees the quality of many preform manufacturers by confirming the preform dimension quickly and precisely.
